Finished off the gatehouse using my favorite materials - paper sheet and thin card (I had to make up the dark stone sheet with tile banding); the little windows are also images printed on paper; the flagstones are a section cut from a slef-adhesive vinyl mosaic tile.
Oh fuzz ! perhaps it need some gates too !

Roman gate - work in progress
A side gate for a roman fort, made from foamboard, initial shell walls on base (using rubber bands to hold together while the glue goes off).
With side walls and roof added, the shell is completed
Next phase is to finish off - will post piccy when finished.

Toga man ...
Been working for a while on a roman chap in a toga; he's modelled using a 1/32 Scaletrix style spectator figure which originally had a cap - the last layer of green stuff has gone off so he's ready to paint

civilians - work in progress
A small selection of civilians, women and children are modified 1/32 plastic figures - one to be a female gallic warrior; the roman chap in a toga is the horrible histories Caeser figure cut down and re-modelled with a new head.
